Supernova - Smart Garden 9 Upgrade Kit

Description

Our community's favorite upgrade kit for Smart Garden 9. Allows you to boost plant growth by giving your Smart Garden 9 a second lamp. 

Works especially well on Click & Grow fruit and flower plants by helping them to produce significantly more flowers. The extra lamp is beneficial for herb and leafy green growth, too.

The extra lamp is identical to the lamp of the Smart Garden 9: it stays on for 16 hours, and off for 8 hours. The upgrade kit places the grow lights at an angle, so remember to take care of your eyes and avoid looking straight into them. 

What’s in the box

• One extra Smart Garden 9 lamp
• A set of two 3D-printed Y-shaped arms to mount two lamps on your Smart Garden 9
• A set of two 3D-printed power cable clamps to fasten the power cables of two lamps

Specifications

• Supernova increases the height and depth of your Smart Garden 9
• Smart Garden 9 height with Supernova is 46.3 cm or 1´6" (6.7cm or 2.5" increase)
• Smart Garden 9 depth with Supernova is 22 cm or 8.6" (3.6 cm or 1.4" increase)
• If you are using Smart Garden 27, then note that Smart Garden 9 with Supernova upgrade does not fit into its bottom and middle shelves due to height

Notes about the 3D-printed parts

• The tone of the 3D-printed arms and cable clamps is slightly yellower and less glossy than the finish of the Smart Garden 9 lamp and lamp arm
• The push-on fit of the 3D-printed parts is less smooth than the fit of the original lamp parts
• Both the tone and fit can change somewhat over time, especially if exposed to direct sunlight
